01What it is
Manufactured by Beijing BestopCell Co., Ltd. Dissociation decides how much of your sample survives to the sequencer — a protocol tuned for spleen will not give you viable cells from cochlea or calcified bone. These are tissue-specific kits rather than one universal enzyme mix.
Evaluating them costs one reaction against your current protocol on the same tissue: compare viability and yield. That is a cheap, reversible test, which is why this is the entry point we recommend before any sequencing work.

- We have not yet run these kits ourselves against a North American reference. Until we have, treat the comparison as a reason to test, not as a result.
