Contact
One email is enough to find out.
No form and no callback queue. A short message with the specifics is faster for both of us, and often settles the question in a single reply.
01Direct
Written in English or Mandarin, whichever is easier.
Our representative is in Saskatoon, so an in-person meeting is easy across the prairies. Anywhere else in Canada or the United States, email and a call cover the same ground.
02Useful to include
What lets us answer properly.
The study
Species, sample type, roughly how many samples, and the question the data has to answer.
The timing
When material would be ready, and when results are actually needed.
The comparison
An existing quote, a current supplier, or nothing yet. Any of the three is fine; knowing which one changes the answer.
If you would rather begin with an assessment of a supplier you have already found, say so. That works as a standalone engagement and does not require going through us for the work itself.
